Meditation Class (Intermediate/Advanced)
East Asheville/Riceville area
Using multidimensional music and sound to explore deepening states of meditation. This class takes place in the Odyssey sound and light temple, which enhances and amplifies meditative states tenfold. Some prior meditation experience is necessary. Group energy will determine focus of each class with the overall goal to enhance and deepen your current meditative practice. Emphasis will be on shamanic journeying using multidimensional music as a tool to expand your energetic awareness of the greater matrix of all life throughout all harmonic Universes.

Facilitated by JoAnn Chambers - I have been meditating for 30 years using various methods and techniques. For this class we are going to focus on shamanic journeying using multidimensional music. which I have been working with for 20 years. I am a student and teacher of yoga, movement, dance and attaining altered states of consciousness naturally.

Shamanic Explorations into the Multidimensional Realms of Light

We will explore a different topic depending on the group energy and focus that emerges. Channeled guidance and teachings will emerge from group dynamics. Using multidimensional music and sound to explore deepening states of shamanic explorations will guide the focus of the group. This event takes place in the Odyssey sound and light temple, which enhances and amplifies meditative states and heightens connections to higher realms. Emphasis will be on shamanic journeying using multidimensional music as a tool to expand your energetic awareness of the greater matrix of all life throughout all harmonic Universes. Topics can include deepening meditation, self-healing, shamanic travelling, ascension, 2012 frequency integration, DNA Activation, pastlife integration, etc. Personal guidance may be given as may be revealed during the session.
