Music and intentional sound is a very powerful way to bring you back to your Light and to the center of your empowerment - use them daily to strengthen, to awaken, to focus and hold energetic direction on your work ahead.

This issue of our newsletter we are going to focus on the development of the EVO Foundation. We would like to have the legal status of the foundation set up this year, so we can start the process of attracting funds for all the great multimedia based evolutionary projects out there in the world. We are being contacted often, by many who have ideas to assist in the current planetary shifts using their artistic/creative talents. Art & music has always been a way to communicate higher teachings, principles of energy to the masses. This foundation will answer that calling for funding for these projects and more.

Opening message from Shapeshifer: The visions for this foundation came to us in the early 90s. While the scope of this project is large, we knew that putting it out on the planet was important. Whether we do it or someone who reads this takes is on is what needs to happen. We have many projects and plans in our life that include a large body of creative projects, which doesn't leave time for us to develop this project to its fullest potentials. However, we are open to working with others who do feel that our energetic support and our branding would serve to bring it to fruition. MISSION
To provide financial and technological support to the planet's most gifted creatives* in actualizing their multimedia based projects.

VISION
These projects will impact the world in such a way as to invoke an uplifting, positive spirit into the evolutionary waves now occuring, encouraging and inspiring individuals and groups to seek their highest potentials, thereby raising the consciousness of the entire Planet to a new level of Light. We will produce projects that ground these higher thoughts, visions, and feelings into tangible forms and productive examples. We are utilizing multimedia technology taken to a new level through the evolutionary and creative Synergy of Conscious Awareness.

PURPOSE/GOALS
We will provide financial support for multimedia artists and producers to create projects that promote an uplifting message that is in alignment with the current expansion of world consciousness and the co-creation of a more evolved positive future.

To enable the highly creative, intuitively connected individuals/groups to actualize their visions by providing them with an expansive space to express their full creative potential without commercial compromise.

THE FACILITY
A creative environment will eventually be built on a piece of inspirational land in Western North Carolina or similar location, envisioning lush forests, running streams, creeks, waterfalls and/or lakes. The property size will be in alignment with what is needed to support the current scope of the project. All structures will be aligned in harmony with the planetary grid, telluric currents, evolutionary sacred geometry, etc. and built using green housing guidelines.

There will be a central creative development center that houses the latest in multimedia technology, computers, telecommunications, www development tools, music, film and audio recording studios. Everything will be connected through fiber optics, firewire, and possibly Mlan or whatever the latest technology is at the time.

A room specifically designed as a creative think tank that allows the most inspired visions to emerge.

There will also be a mini-theatre space/home theatre environment for viewing projects throughout development to completion.

Surrounding this creative dome may be spaces for some permanant residents as well as units for temporary housing, for artists and producers involved in short term projects. There will be a special healing room created that will invoke a higher level of healing, rejuvenation and transformation based on our concepts in The Odyssey EEE. This room will be created according to many of the Atlantean Healing Temple designs, used for DNA Activation processes and connecting deeply with Source. This environment will be made available to the artists during residence to enable them to connect with the unlimited creative energy of the Universe. This environment will also be available for those interested in exploring transcendent experiences.

A special room dedicated to holding community drumming circles and events will be also be created to allow for enlightened group interactions. At this time, we are looking at the Deltec style homes as they offer the flexibility and unique beauty that would allow for continual updating of the facility as the project expands, but remain open for new ideas to emerge.

MULTIMEDIA THEATRE
The future in entertainment will be an environment that immerses the audience in the experience of visuals, sound and sensory experience. We envision a uniquely designed theatre, built using principles of sacred geometry and advanced sound design that can seat around 1-3000 people. This structure will first be built in a city the size of Asheville, NC (surrounding pop. 100,000). Eventually these "Odysseys" will be built in various key sites around the planet. New technologies are currently being developed that will be utilized in this theatre which will be beyond any of the current known environments that already exist. Technology will be employed that allows for real-time broadband delivery for live events to be broadcast planet-wide.

THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The foundation will be run by a Director of Development along with an Administrative Assistant. Their full-time function will be to raise monies to fund the various projects that will be supported by the foundation. Additional staff may be needed and/or temporary assistance depending on the workload.

GIFT RECIPIENTS
Projects will be selected based on the quality, commitment and scope of presentation. Donations will be given in a gifting format as opposed to grant submissions, selected by a committee of accomplished artists in various fields. Artists will be observed and selected based on the quality and dedication of their on-going unfolding creative expressions and the impact of their gifts upon the global evolution. There will be a high level craftsmanship required, or the perceived vision of the possibilities of that, before a gift is awarded. Donations may also be awarded in stages to monitor the development of a particular project.

FUNDING SOURCES
Because of the esoteric nature of this project, funding will be sought from private individuals who understand the need for supporting unlimited creativity without the commercial constraints of current limited structures. This type of project will be of interest to those philantropic individuals/organizations who are becoming aware that the evolutionary current must be expressed through the arts and technology. We envision the foundation receiving a minimum of $1 million in order to begin full gifting operations. Smaller donations will enable us to begin building the foundational structure and to establish our presence in the world grid and to keep the vision alive.

RECYCLING OF ENERGY
To perpetuate an equal giving-receiving situation throughout this structure, we envision a recycling of monies. Gifted projects that reach a certain stage of development will ultimately need to seek evolved venture capital or financial angel assistance to finalize a project. The foundations donors will be offered the opportunity to invest in these projects as a way to receive a return from their initial supportive donations. As a project reaches the stage of financial profits, a return donation back to the foundation from the recipients will be required as a way of paying it forward or gifting the energy back. This allows the donors/investors and the artistic creative team to make a profit, while the foundation continues to be supported to continue fostering new creative talent.

*We define "gifted creatives" as those individuals who are considered old souls in the art of connecting with the Universal Source of All That Is. The essence of this connection is reflective in their works of co-creative expression. They have spent many lifetimes crafting their music, art, writings, film, etc. and this is reflective in the quality of their expressions.

Shamballa Journeys

Shamballa is probably our most challenging CD to comprehend on many levels. Most people tend to fall asleep initially as they start to work with it, because it does require someone with good meditation skills to hold focus on the energy as it takes you deeper into what seems like the abyss. This CD took us almost 2 years to complete, so we fully understand what you are going through when you start to work with it. However, once you can hold awareness and focus in higher and higher states of meditation, this is where you will finally get to the place where you feel you are communicating with the ascended masters who reside in these realms of Light.

The Shamballa soundscapes is the first in this series and in time we will do more, as more people are able to fully connect and then ground the energy of this release. We enjoy hearing updates from those who are working with it, as it lets us know where everyone is on their journeys to Shamballa.

For those of you not fully aware of the Shamballa legends - it is a mystical, magical city that one gains entry into once they have reached a certain vibrational level where they can sustain form. In this city, lives many ascended masters and teachers who have already evolved beyond the physical plane who are open to teaching you as you learn how to establish resonance with this realm.

The following is a email response that you can use in your workings with this soundscape that may help you get more out of the experience with it. If you read the analogies and then during your next meditation with Shamballa, you can hold these visions in your awareness, we are sure you will find that new levels of understanding will be awakened for you. Let us know how it goes.

From a Shapeshifter Q&A:

This sonic landscape is about crossing the abyss, not about floating upon lofty clouds of Light that do nothing more than produce visions completely non-attainable by the human species. Over a consistent period of time, it will continue to take you deeper and deeper into this connection. Admittedly this is not for everyone to undertake. It is really for spiritual warriors and those who are ready to embark on a serious, committed quest into the multidimensional realms of Light. Many frequency fences will have to be dissolved as one traverses this territory.

In order to play in the Universal sandbox, you must move through many frequency fences before you gain entry into the realms of ascended masters. These spaces have been called by many names depending on your field of study, but in Robert Anton Wilson's terms it is called "Chapel Perilous." Again not everyone is inclined or ready to take this path at this time. This soundscape is for those who are ready to evolve and know what integrating these darker spaces mean to their evolutionary process.

This first Shamballa release was merely meant to point people in the direction of Shamballa - it was never intended that you would gain solid entry inside the gates. Most deep explorers will be able to get to the gates and begin some journeys inside. But once inside, the consciousness will quickly dissolve into the nothingness and move into the deeper dream states, where higher initiations will occur. Even for the seasoned traveler in consciousness exploration, it will take months of explorations to hold a high level of awareness throughout this soundscape. This has been found to be true for many who resonate with this adventure.

To even compare this to New Age music or music that is considered music by our academic scholars is not the direction to point your thinking brain. It is not meant to be judged or experienced in such a way. You will need to drop any expectations of what you have determined music should or should not be in order to really grok this transmission. These are sonic landscapes and should not be listened to with the rules of musical composition in mind at all. You must step outside the boundaries of this limitation and simply move in to a state of being ONE with sound. Feel your way in to the sound and remove yourself from judgment and expectation. This music is alien to your earth ears - it is evolutionary - it is not meant to maintain status quo. As you can see already, it has pushed your buttons enough to write us an email with heaviness in your heart. The world is in a painful place right now and heaviness in the heart is going to be the fuel that will propel many people to greatness during these times. It is definitely time for the species to EVOLVE. To know us is to know that we incarnate during these times for the specific purpose of awakening a segment of the population to excel and exceed the expectations of so-called normal human abilities.

The teachings within this soundscape come from lifetimes of dedicated connection with the Source of All and more specifically a previous lifetime spent in continual communication with Shamballa masters. It is not something we take lightly and we spent almost 2 years working on this soundscape, which required many deep initiatory sessions for us as well, many of which were challenging to our human forms. The realms of ascended master energy is not an easy road - if it were, we would see more people taking this path. It is an intense, scary place for those who have not gained the spiritual strength to move past their illusory fears. Track 2/Opening is a gooey, sticky, thick space of which, once you are able to move through it with your energy body, you will find that you will have gained an entire new level of spiritual wisdom and strength. It is intentional and purposeful. The key in that statement is to use your energy body to move through that space. You cannot go through it with your physical form nor try to use your primary physical 3D senses to move your way in to it. You must use your higher senses in order to make your way through this space. If you are unable to move into that space without the feelings you describe, then this is where the greatest amount of work will be for you (if you so choose to embark further on this journey). Discover what the emotional content is that it brings up in you and then learn how to recapitulate it, integrate it back into your personal matrix and gain a new level of empowerment OR retreat back into the hole. This is true for all who work with this space and the reason it is was placed in the soundscape where it is - it is not the bad apple in the CD, but actually is the Golden Apple that allows you to move your full energetic form to a higher level of sustained Light.

Here is a tip that we have found effective to get through this space. First of all think of the journey in this way - Track 1/Abundance is more or less here in 3D. You begin to set your intention to go towards the Shamballa matrix in this track, asking your guidance to assist and discovering what this connection means to you in a more cosmic sense. You see glimpses of what you think/feel that Shamballa would be like based on your previous teachings and understandings. If you've done some research on Shamballa, you will be fully aware it is not an easy place to get to, even if you want to use the symbolic or perhaps real world scenario of climbing the Himalayan mountains to find the mythical land of Shamballa. There will be lots of dragons and demons to slay along the way, which some would easily call the descent into Hell (chapel perilous). When the music speeds up and gets chaotic and spins, twirls and gyrates, that is like dropping into a wormhole, or like when Alice went through the Looking Glass. When that ends and Track 2/Clearing begins, this is where you want to get serious in this adventure. You will need to start the process of shifting into your astral body, your etheric body, the Ka - however you choose to label it - then rather than push through this thick sonic space, you have to completely let go and glide through it. This is what will take some time to comprehend. You actually have to float through, guided by your intent to get past this space. You need to stretch and expand your energy body in this space. If at the end of this 7 minute piece, you have been able to do that to some extent, you will reach what is called the Valley before Shamballa (Track 3/Opening). This space can be quite pleasant and joyfilled if you have released the dense connection to your physical form when you reach this place. While in this space many new energetic connections can be made and many bodily sensations are experienced. There is literally a rewiring taking place of your neural pathways in order to make the connections more solid with the ascended master energy. There is dolphin/whale energy that raises the vibration considerably in this space and if you feel a connection with this species, you can gain a lot of wisdom from them as they offer a bridge for you to travel. By the end of the CD, you should have made your way to the Gates of Shamballa and this is where you will sit in deep meditation for long periods of time. You will have visitations from the masters at this place and they will impart knowledge and wisdom to you. They will even take you inside Shamballa for extended periods of time, usually this will only occur in dreamstate for quite a while. Eventually the visions of this place will start to shine through your third eye as clear as how you see now in 3D. But all of this takes time and discipline and practice.

In addition, we also really suggest that people work with the DNA Soundscapes before diggin' in to the Shamballa CD. Since you have the Odyssey and Shamballa, you sort of skipped the step of the DNA Series. These soundscapes actually lay a better foundation for you before you venture in to Shamballa. It prepares your bio-enegetic field to be able to hold the frequencies within Shamballa. There are aspects of the Shamballa current in the DNA Series.

DNA Activation Soundscapes Q&A

Everyday we receive questions from people working with our soundscapes, which we would like to share with you to help build your own knowledge of how to work with them for more effective results. We take snippets from the questions and the responses and maintain the anonymity of our customers. Should you find one of your questions in this section, know that you are sharing your Light and wisdom with others.

QUESTION: I have been listening to Rejuva and it's a bit dark in places, not even very nice to listen to at times. The sound quality is much better than 1-4 DNA which is good but would prefer longer tracks. Journey wise.....not really sure what you mean. I am going thru a period of detox and healing and chilled vibes help but can't really believe it is transformational. If it is, it is so subtle I am asleep ;-)

ANSWER: All the sounds in our soundscapes hold a benevolent intent. That does not mean that to you, at this time, you may interpret them to be more dark in nature. But also, what is eerie to some is divine to others. When I listen, I no long hear what you are describing -- I am in awe of the depth and mystery of Spirit world. The soundscapes will mirror back to you what is within your field, so this is an excellent place for you to begin exploring and going deeper with this work. In general, when something is eerie or scary, we react in a negative way with fear and contraction; we retreat and pull back. This in itself is a clue for a place where you can go deeper into those feelings and emotions while listening to the soundscapes. Often these threads of energy will take you into pastlife imprints that still control some of your behaviors today. Once you awaken and conquer that imprint, whether it be darkness, boogymen, abusers, attackers; you no longer will experience the music in that way. Then you will know that a transformation has taken place. There is tremendous personal power within those places in us that prevent us from fully walking our path of Light, from fully stepping out into the unknown. Fear is a tremendous manipulator of mankind and is clearly an illusion once you understand the mechanics of it from an energetic perspective. Can you imagine where your life will be when you can easily and joyfully recapture that frozen energy?

Review the info on pages 11-13 of the DNA Companion Guide for more explanation on the need for the polarity shifts from dark to light. For you, use Listening Suggestion #6 and #26 in the guide to work with these places that you call eerie and see where it leads you.

When you hit these places, it can cause releases in the body down in the cellular/DNA levels. Your are literally raising the vibration of the cells throughout your body, so any heaviness in any form will start to release. This is what starts the detoxing process, so that can take any form from chills, to fever, to colds, diarrhea, to emotional upheaval, etc.

You are right about the sound quality - the DNA series was originally done to cassette, then digitally remastered, so limited in what they could do. The ReJuva is done on more advanced equipment, so naturally it is more spatial and expanded. As we can, we acquire new equipment to take the sound quality levels even higher. A nice 5:1 system is in our future, so we can one day fill and IMAX theatre with our amazing sounds.

QUESTION: At the moment i am using cd 3 , thats the first cd that i think i am experiencing something. it looks like you feel spaciousness. that's what i am experiencing so far.

ANSWER: The more you fully engage with the sound, let go, drop in and become it, the more these soundscapes will open up to you. When you add your intent, it can be like meeting Source and asking for answers to your questions and receiving direct feedback from the matrix all around you. The connectivity you will experience will be more direct and also quicker to provide feedback to your desires. The frequencies are all there, the knowledge is all there, you just have to learn how to drop out of a mental approach and move into a fully shamanic state and let go. Once you get to this stage, then each CD will take on a new depth of meaning. You will continue to feel more spaciousness as you continue exploring and when you go back to #1 and #2, you will have an entirely new experience there as well.

QUESTION: I let it play at the background when I do yoga exercises. As a background instrument, it's really relaxing but I can't actually say that it works to enhance or facilitate what I do.

ANSWER: This is great to do with yoga and really the power comes through more directly and profoundly when you actually engage with it. Playing in the background is advised as it fills the room/space with higher vibrations that can only attract to it the same. So a good thing :-) With yoga, what I do is play it in the background, but if I'm working a pose that is tough, I bring the music into the foreground of my awareness and then place my point of focus into that spot in my body where tension is holding on, I let the music dance in there as I direct it and then there is a release. You can go down to the cellular level of the muscle with this technique for greater expanse and release. The music will continually assist you in expanding, releasing, letting go and connecting to the higher dimensional levels.

QUESTION: And there is a sudden shortness of breath despite THE fact that I wasn't engaged in anything physically tiring. I this common? Or a sign that the frequencies do work?

ANSWER: I would say you have something going on here - probably pastlife imprint that is working its way out. We often find that pastlife death traumas or severe emotional situations cause these types of experiences. Just learn to trust you inner guidance for bringing you here and go with it. Breath into it, stretch into it and see what emerges. Perhaps visions or memories will flash in front of your minds eye. Just let them come, all the time, remaining connected to your higher Self and your guidance teams. QUESTION: Any changes in my daily life? Well, I feel more 'tuned' in to what's happening around. I'm not sure that if frequencies started to bear any effects but I know I'm willing to give it a try.

ANSWER:The soundscapes start to become the soundscapes of your life - a symphony if you will. Let them start to flow even when they are not playing in your world. They are the frequencies maps that you can follow into other dimensional realms when needed. They provide a safe form of travel energetically. They can connect your desires/intents to your visions and goals if you remain ever aware of the dance of Light all around you that this symphony is playing in.

QUESTION: The thing is, although my comprehension in English is above average, the fact that it is not my mother tongue makes me wonder: Will the initiation process work if I tell my 'intent' in a foreign language? Because for some reason I feel like translation is not going to work for me.

ANSWER: Create your own intro to your own process of DNA Activation - use the one in our DNA Guide and modify it to your language. TheN read it out loud to yourself several times or when you feel you need to. We also have an online workshop with audio CDs with guided journeys that can be helpful as well.

On-line Workshops

We now have on-line workshops for those of you who can't travel to a workshop or prefer the convenience of doing them from your home whenever you have the time. The first DNA Activation workshop is a free intro to the DNA Activation soundscapes, presented in a downloadable Flash format, viewed with any web browser. We gathered many quotes related to using sound for healing, quantum physics, metaphysics, science and more to help you make the leaps in thought to understand this emerging work on deeper levels. AYD 1 - Shamanic Journeys into the Multidimensional Timesteam
We have also begun to create a series of on-line workshops, which can either be downloaded or purchased on CD as a 2 CD set. One CD contains the .html files and flash movie files for the Intro and AYD 1 workshops and the 2nd CD contains just the audio guided journeys so you can play them in any CD player. The AYD 1 is now completed and begins by building the foundation for working with the DNA Activation soundscapes. MORE INFO ON AYD 1

Future Releases:

AYD #2 - This release will teach you how to work with music and sound effectively to receive the most benefit from working with our soundscapes. (release date - Aug 06)

AYD #3 - This release will focus on the healing aspects of working with sound, including physical healing, emotional, mental and spiritual. (not yet in development)

AYD #4- This release will work on intuitive and psychic development using the soundscapes as a tool to expand your consciousness and connect you with the planetary grid. (not yet in development)

AYD (Activate Your DNA) Teachers Workshops

DeAnne works with individuals & groups across the globe to share insight and wisdom about vibration & frequency. She is based in Asheville, NC, but is available to travel all over the globe. ReJuva Book/Companion Guide
This is a project that is nearing completion -- summer of 2006. This is the first major project that ShapeshifterThree/DeAnne has taken on and with her eloquent and potent writing style, it is sure to be a powerful compliment to the ReJuva CD. She has been working with the ReJuva soundscape for over a year now and has been receiving much information in the form of tangible and useful guidance for working with ReJuva that she will be sharing in this book. The book will also contain an audio CD with inspired teachings and guided journeys.

Shamanic Journeys into the Multidimensional Timestream - AYD 2
ShapeshifterTwo/JoAnn heads up this project which is the next flash presentation in the DNA Activation on-line workshop series. The first workshop, AYD 1, lays the foundation to begin working with the soundscapes and the next level with assist in expanding, moving and shifting the etheric bodies to work more effectively with sound. This series will give further visual and auditory insights on how to deepen your experience with these remarkable multidimensional offerings. Shamanic style journeys incorporating spoken word, chanting, sounding and animation will be included along with segments from the soundscapes. This project is nearing completion and will be available in summer 2006.

DNA Activation Book
The DNA LevelOne Companion Guide is being rewritten and expanded to incorporate new knowledge that has come forth in the past several years as we have shared these sonic jewels with the planet and expanded our personal work with them as well. This book will become part of the LevelTwo series.

Sanctuary of Sounds (SoS) Soundscape
ShapeshifterOne is bringing forth a soundscape for this project which anyone can use for recording guided journeys or for imprinting your own information on the covers/trays. It is going to be considered the next level of the Healing CD, which was received way back in 1986 with archaic technology. (LOL) Shapeshifter is really looking forward to evolving that sound. It will be an excellent CD for newbies coming to explore our work that may not quite be ready to engage with the DNA Activation series. This is scheduled for summer 2006. We are considering a CD Release party held at the Light Center in Black Mountain, NC sometime in August or Sept 2006. Email if you'd like an invite - send name and address.

This CD is the first soundscape that will be available for our Sanctuary of Sounds project, which enables individuals and companies to add their personal imprint to the CD covers. It can also be used for voice overs by those who want to have a CD to sell to their customers.

Current SoS Project in development: Soul Power CD's by Lillian Bajor -- the first in a series of guided meditations with healing sounds to connect you to source energy.

Alien Music Series
Several soundscapes are planned for this series. For some of you, this is very exciting and for others, it brings up anxiety. We realize that so much is cloaked in fear regarding this subject and we endeavor to work with benevolent representatives from races that are in loving support of the positive evolution of our planet. Work with, in friendly cooperation, not be manipulated by. Thus, the main, and most important focus of this series is to assist individual to awaken their own innate protection, empowerment, and awareness to transcend any control structures in this regard. This series has been in development for many years, just waiting for the right timing to birth. Once the SoS project completes, this project moves to the top of the list. Scheduled for completion in mid/late 2006.

Alien Music Series (cont.)

Sonic Transmissions 11:11:11 (activating our Divine Alien DNA)
This project was given the initial transmissions on 11.11.02 to ground the higher frequencies of Light being received on the planet during this powerful global meditation day. We received the initial multi-dimensional currents of sonic information which we are currently translating into the extraordinary transmission for an upcoming CD release. The sounds, as well as the informational content is from an extraterrestrial and extradimensional blending of races and energetics connected to the Shapeshifter matrix. As usual, the deeper we immerse ourselves in a project, the more that is revealed to us from the various transmissions we receive. As we work with the sounds we connect to more information which then needs to be assimilated and processed by us. Many "alien" sources of information would like the opportunity to contribute to the creative output of this channel -- some with good Light-filled intentions and others with a more manipulative agenda. We are, as always, required to maintain a high level of focused discernment during this process. The project is unfolding in the most open, life affirming way and will emerge in the proper evolutionary alignment for the good of all.

Cyber-Shamanic Music
We are also working on our active, danceable, shake your booty Cyber-Shamanic music. These rhythmic, melodic textures are created with the intent to transcend the limitations of current electronica genres. This will be organic, dynamic, powerful and transmutational tantra for vibrational upliftment of the body temple -- for dance, movement and conscious exercise. It will require the implementation of new technologies, as well as developing aspects of our talents and abilities to the next level. This series will debut startlingly original new vocal layering and recording techniques. As always, original and highly creative sonic design and no canned drum loops/samples.

LevelTwo DNA Activation Series
On May13-19, 2006, we initiated the energy for this project through a series of events. We are in the process of creating some podcasts from the teleconferences Some of the sound design for this project has already begun and we will be releasing MP3 sound files in snippets for you to download. We are also going to begin a Flash Movie Gallery featuring visionary artist from all over the planet along with our music. We are planning for this release to be accompanied by a video/DVD release using images equivalent to our music. Our guidance has indicated that these soundscapes will come forth from the collective group energy from those who have worked deeply with the LevelOne series. The full project may take several years to complete. We are going to have gatherings here in Asheville 2 times a year, in the fall and the spring, so we invite those of you who feel guided to be part of this unfolding process to join us at these gatherings. They will not be workshops in the usual sense, but more of a flowing interaction of like minded souls getting together through teleconferences, meetings, hiking, waterfalling, dinners, dancing & Drumming -- whatever emerges from the group dynamic. There is no charge for these events, but donations are welcomed as you feel guided.
