prefer to empower the individual to excel at what they do best and to
receive financial rewards based on their efforts and results — producing projects together in a collaborative way. This is

each have special gifts to offer each other and we can all share in
the abundance if we all do what we love to do. We encourage all Lightworkers

NOTE:
A prerequisite to any of these positions is that we feel you need to have
been working with our music prior to working with us. We find this helps
to speed things along in our interactions through some type of osmosis
that we can't really explain, but have found to be true. So if you do
not have our music yet, we suggest you start there to first see if you
feel the harmonic resonance necessary to work with us further.
The
following project listings are opportunities that we currently feel are
needed now or will be as the vision continues to expand. If you have time
in your life to put energy in to any of these projects, email
us and let us know of your interest and your skills necessary to complete
the task. Each position will be compensated according to the work and the scope of the project.
Some of these opportunities are collaborative creative projects and various
forms of compensation will be discussed from profit sharing to royalties.
Be

created to support Conscious Evolution, so be sure you understand the
scope of our work before you contact us. If this is part of your life's

If
you feel you have something of offer us and do not see it listed here,
we are open to your thoughts, ideas and suggestions.
We are also looking for large scale funding and will offer finders fees for anyone making a solid connection.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Many of you have left
your corporate
jobs in search of doing something more meaningful and Light filled in
your life. You don't always have a clear picture on what that
looks like,
but you know that, whatever it is, it needs to contribute to
your personal spiritual growth and the transformation
of the Planet. You may feel you want to start your own
business, but you
don't know what form that will take or how to make that
meaningful transition.
Our business foundation is already
in place now for over 20 years and we just need the right people to step
forward into creative project management roles to expand our work on the planet. Personally, we need to focus more deeply on
our personal and creative development and to continue reaching out beyond the current paradigms to bring back sonic frequencies in order to assist the planet in this current evolutionary phase. The business aspect is waiting for the right
people to step up now and move into into place to take over
the expansion
process. We have many project ideas in the que, but do not have the time or skills to implement them.
To be very clear, these
are not paid
salaried positions at this time - as you all know, we'd have hundreds
of applicants instantly if this were so. The truth is this -
Lightworkers
in Service now on the planet who have proven their mettle and grounded
the higher energies into tangible results require full
funding and support
to initiate the next phase of Operation Spiritual Freedom on
Planet Earth.
Now is time for those of like mind, synergistic skills and
talents to come
together to take things to the next level. There are so many companies
out there just like ours waiting for the rest of the soul group to step
into place - it is time for Lightworkers to move into their positions as agreed upon prior to this incarnation.
What does all this really mean? Potentially it means that you have
left the old 3D world and have entered the 4D/5D matrix. You may have socked away your 401K or
you have gotten
your golden parachute package, or vast family inheritance and you have
enough cash on hand to sustain yourself while you work on building up
a positive, light and life enhancing business to a place where you can
receive the flow of financial Abundance. Or you have a part time job that takes care of your needs enough so that you can focus time and energy on what it is you really want to be doing with your life. You will also have cleared away a large
portion of your
karmic and emotional baggage from experiences of many
lifetimes. You will
no longer view money as a manipulative tool, but as a higher means of energy exchange. You will be
following inner
guidance and moving forward at a consistent steady pace.
We encourage couples, as well as
individuals, to consider this opportunity to be a part of a
truly unique
mission and adventure. We are open to explore all types of business
arrangements
with interested parties. To be very, very clear again, you must be walking your spiritual path 100%, this is not for someone who is not
ready or not committed
to their purpose in the process of Planetary Transformation. We are a
genuine source of grounded Light, and you will just know that if you are The
Ones who are here to offer assistance.
The main thing we truly need right now, is for people to creatively explore their own potentials and see what type of project we could create together to synergistically expand both our personal and planetary goals.
ARTISTS
Music Videos - we are looking for unique pieces of artistic expression
(art pieces-abstracts/geometrics/mystical/magical, poetry, inspired writings or storylines, photography, flash, animation) that are considered spiritual and inspirational. We would like to create an on-going series of web based videos as well as develop some DVDs for home theatre environments using our music.
Video
3D Animators - we are working on the development of a video release
for the LevelTwo DNA Activation Series. We need the right person with
visionary skills to translate this series into a visual animation. As
an example, the Merkaba video by Jean-Luc
Buzzoli. This person needs to be able to create quality on the levels of Hollywood productions.
INTERNET
Website
Sales - if you have your own website, you can either sell our CDs direct
or we can drop ship orders for you. You can also just refer them to
our site for ordering. We also have an Associates
Program that you can sign up for to add a link/banner to your site
to track leads.
CORPORATE
Fund
Raising/Development - need someone with previous experience in raising
capital from philanthropic resources. Must be able to locate potential
sources for these funds and make initial contacts.
Corporate
Sponsorship Development - someone to approach like-minded corporations
for potential funding for artists as well as projects combining our music with their visions.
Grant
Research/Writing - need someone familiar with various granting resources
who can locate and prepare the necessary documents to request funding.
SALES
Sales Representative - we
are launching an innovative new music product and need sales persons
all over the planet to market this product in their area. This can be
done in your spare time working on the internet or in your community.
Music
Sales Rep - Must understand the new opportunities available for
home based electronic studio musicians - TV, Cable, Film, Internet,
Gaming, Shorts, Documentaries - think outside the box.
Foreign
Distribution - we would like to expand our products in to other
countries and need to find some distribution outlets. Primarily the
following - England, Japan, Germany, China, India & South America.

ENTREPRENEURIAL
Expo/Trade
Shows/Conventions Rep - Would you like to travel around the states
attending some of the best conferences that support your spiritual path?
We are looking for 1-2 people who would love to spend some time on the
road and visit the different conferences sharing our products with the
attendees. We have the necessary banners, promo pieces, displays needed
to present our product line in a professional looking presentation.
COMPENSATION: Entrepreneurial Position
Sound
& Light Environments - we would like to open a storefront in
the Asheville area that will consist of a gathering place for evolving
spirits of Light to network and share their journeys with. This may
be similar to a coffee shop concept which incorporates advanced technology
in Light, Sound and visuals. It can also be part of a healing center. We have many ideas and would like to collaborate
with the right person to bring this vision forward.
