MISSION
To provide financial and technological support to the planet's most gifted creatives* in actualizing their multimedia based projects.

VISION
These projects will impact the world in such a way as to invoke an uplifting, positive spirit into the evolutionary waves now occuring, encouraging and inspiring individuals and groups to seek their highest potentials, thereby raising the consciousness of the entire Planet to a new level of Light. We will produce projects that ground these higher thoughts, visions, and feelings into tangible forms and productive examples. We are utilizing multimedia technology taken to a new level through the evolutionary and creative Synergy of Conscious Awareness.

PURPOSE/GOALS
We will provide financial support for multimedia artists and producers to create projects that promote an uplifting message that is in alignment with the current expansion of world consciousness and the co-creation of a more evolved positive future.

To enable the highly creative, intuitively connected individuals/groups to actualize their visions by providing them with an expansive space to express their full creative potential without commercial compromise.

THE FACILITY
A creative environment will eventually be built on a piece of inspirational land, envisioning lush forests, running streams, creeks, waterfalls and/or lakes. The property size will be in alignment with what is needed to support the current scope of the project. All structures will be aligned in harmony with the planetary grid, telluric currents, evolutionary sacred geometry, etc. and built using green housing guidelines.

There will be a central creative development center that houses the latest in multimedia technology, computers, telecommunications, www development tools, music, film and audio recording studios. Everything will be connected through fiber optics, firewire, and possibly Mlan or whatever the latest technology is at the time.

A room specifically designed as a creative think tank that allows the most inspired visions to emerge.

There will also be a mini-theatre space/home theatre environment for viewing projects throughout development to completion.

Surrounding this creative dome may be spaces for some permanant residents as well as units for temporary housing, for artists and producers involved in short term projects. There will be a special healing room created that will invoke a higher level of healing, rejuvenation and transformation based on our concepts in The Odyssey EEE. This room will be created according to many of the Atlantean Healing Temple designs, used for DNA Activation processes and connecting deeply with Source. This environment will be made available to the artists during residence to enable them to connect with the unlimited creative energy of the Universe. This environment will also be available for those interested in exploring transcendent experiences.

A special room dedicated to holding community drumming circles and dancing events will be also be created to allow for enlightened group interactions. At this time, we are looking at the Deltec style homes as they offer the flexibility and unique beauty that would allow for continual updating of the facility as the project expands, but remain open for new ideas to emerge.

MULTIMEDIA THEATRE
The future in entertainment will be an environment that immerses the audience in the experience of visuals, sound and sensory experience. We envision a uniquely designed theatre, built using principles of sacred geometry and advanced sound design that can seat around 1-3000 people. Eventually these "Odysseys" will be built in various key sites around the planet. New technologies are currently being developed that will be utilized in this theatre which will be beyond any of the current known environments that already exist. Technology will be employed that allows for real-time broadband delivery for live events to be broadcast planet-wide.

THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The foundation will be run by a Director of Development along with an Administrative Assistant. Their full-time function will be to raise monies to fund the various projects that will be supported by the foundation. Additional staff may be needed and/or temporary assistance depending on the workload.

GIFT RECIPIENTS
Projects will be selected based on the quality, commitment and scope of presentation. Donations will be given in a gifting format as opposed to grant submissions, selected by a committee of accomplished artists in various fields. Artists will be observed and selected based on the quality and dedication of their on-going unfolding creative expressions and the impact of their gifts upon the global evolution. There will be a high level craftsmanship required, or the perceived vision of the possibilities of that, before a gift is awarded. Donations may also be awarded in stages to monitor the development of a particular project.

FUNDING SOURCES
Because of the esoteric nature of this project, funding will be sought from private individuals who understand the need for supporting unlimited creativity without the commercial constraints of current limited structures. This type of project will be of interest to those philantropic individuals/organizations who are becoming aware that the evolutionary current must be expressed through the arts and technology. We envision the foundation receiving a minimum of $1 million in order to begin full gifting operations. Smaller donations will enable us to begin building the foundational structure and to establish our presence in the world grid and to keep the vision alive.

RECYCLING OF ENERGY
To perpetuate an equal giving-receiving situation throughout this structure, we envision a recycling of monies. Gifted projects that reach a certain stage of development will ultimately need to seek evolved venture capital or financial angel assistance to finalize a project. The foundations donors will be offered the opportunity to invest in these projects as a way to receive a return from their initial supportive donations. As a project reaches the stage of financial profits, a return donation back to the foundation from the recipients will be required as a way of paying it forward or gifting the energy back. This allows the donors/investors and the artistic creative team to make a profit, while the foundation continues to be supported to continue fostering new creative talent.

*We define "gifted creatives" as those individuals who are considered old souls in the art of connecting with the Universal Source of All That Is. The essence of this connection is reflective in their works of co-creative expression. They have spent many lifetimes crafting their music, art, writings, film, etc. and this is reflective in the quality of their expressions.

Current donations are being used to support the on-going outreach efforts of Visionary Music.
