What is a CyberShamanic Dance Wave?

These dancing events were created by Gary & JoAnn Chambers/Shapeshifter from VisionaryMusic.com. There are no special dance steps or techniques to learn, just let the music move through your body and dance. What Kind of Music Is It?

Shapeshifter creates all original soundtracks for these events. The music begins and ends softly with ambient tapestries of sounds, but the middle is full of many shifts and changes to engage the dancer in subtle to deeper level trance like dance movements. The music is electronic and features styles in any and all of these genres: Ambient, Electronic, Space, New Age, Trance, Wobble, Dubstep, Techno, Rave, House, Psy, Goa. Event hosts may also add additional vocals, chanting, drums or percussion sounds and more.

How Can You Participate?

Consider starting a MeetUp (Category: CyberShamanic Dance Waves) group in your area - as it grows someone will step up to find the location to host the event...build the group energy first. Contact yoga or healing centers or dance studios in your area to see if they might be interesting in letting you host an event there. Start to spread the word throughout your social networks and encourage your friends in other locations to do the same. You can make these events as large or as small as you want.

What is Involved in Becoming a Host?

You probably want to have some background or ability to create an event or this could also be your first. This doesn't require that you have any specific knowledge other than the desire to bring people together and Dance. Basically you are just going to turn the music on and start the dance wave. We will also provide an opening audio clip to start the wave which you can play the or read out loud if you prefer. Starting with an opening circle and a closing ceremony is entirely up to each individual host. You will need to find a location and be sure there is a good dance floor and a good sound system. You may need to rent something or find a DJ with a system. You will need something that can carry the bass sounds as well as the high end for your larger events. The better the sound system, the better the dance will be, but work with what you have.

To register as a host, fill out our Registration Form and then when the soundtracks are ready, you will be able to download it. There will be a $20 download fee and a $2 per attendee fee. The download fee will be due when the soundfile is ready and the attendance fee will be due within a week after the event. You can charge whatever you want for your event and anything over the $2 is yours to keep for your time and efforts to set up the event. Small Dance Wave events usually start around $5 to $10, but if you add other things to your event, you can charge accordingly. If you are hosting a large event or festival, contact us and we can discuss fees based on size of the event. We are also open to discussing creative ideas as well.

We work totally on the honor system and with those who understand karmic agreements. This is considered a collaborative venture with Shapeshifter and all we ask is that you honor our terms and agreements for hosting one of these events. Your support assists us in continuing to release new music for these Dance Waves, in addition to increasing the influx of evolutionary Light waves on the Planet.

More Info about Shapeshifter's 11:11 Creations...

On Nov 11, 2006, Shapeshifter created an 11 minute soundscape which is available as a mini-CD. We suggest that you work with this sound file prior to attending this event to prepare enegetically for this new transmission. The intention was to open up a doorway into the higher realms using the 11:11 time code to initiate the opening. We also created several YouTube videos with other creatives on the planet to share this transmission with others. This soundscape also started a new series of soundscapes called "Transmissions of Light Codes".
